Bill Diffenderfer, Managing Partner
Mr. Diffenderfer has been involved in the acquisition, development, asset management and disposition of over $2.5 billion of commercial real estate including 2.2 million square feet of office, 1.5 million square feet of neighborhood retail, 1,795 hotel rooms and 20,500 multifamily residential units.  He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Management with specializations in Building Construction and Accounting.  He is a licensed real estate broker, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Financial Planner.
