Monica oversees design, construction administration, and development for Patriot. She is a Registered Architect: NCARB, GA, FL, SC & NC. LEED® Accredited Professional and graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology: Master of Architecture, 1986. 

Dave performs construction management services for Patriot and is a licensed General Contractor in multiple states. He has overseen the construction of 4,600 Multifamily residential units and 600 hotel rooms. He is a P.E., LEED® Accredited Professional and graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. Mechanical Engineering in 1994 and an MBA from Jacksonville University in 1999. 

Mary performs site acquisition/entitlement, disposition, transaction management, and site development for Patriot and national and regional users of commercial real estate. She has been in commercial real estate for over 15 years and has been involved with more than $250 million in transactions. Mary graduated from the University of Florida in 2002 with a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing with a minor in Economics.

Brian has 25 years experience as a real estate agent and broker in Orlando and serves as a principal broker to other real estate professionals on using technology to improve their customer care, general marketing, and office management. Brian Cirillo has a proven record of directly impacting his client’s financial success and propelling smooth transactions by applying refined management, selling, and negotiation talents. He has closed multi-million-dollar loans and complex commercial transactions. Brian graduated from the University of Florida, with a B.S. in Real Estate.
